For events substitute delegates are always welcome should you not be able to attend. Venue and catering arrangements are committed 5 working days prior to an event  and so no refunds will be made unless cancellations are received, in writing, at least 5 working days prior to the event. As a policy the Australian Business Foundation does not offer refunds.
